Data Intelligence Platform is an innovation project at Huawei Cloud. I was part of the R&D UX team as a Senior UX Designer, I led the UX design strategy through an End-to-end Design Thinking process for multiple scenarios and personas. I collaborated with a cross-functional team and executive stakeholders across different time zones. 

Design artifacts on this website are examples with modified details to protect confidentiality, I can present more while in the interview. I prepared a hand-sketching infographic to demonstrate my user-centred design process and how I solve complex problems with creative solutions for next-gen cloud products. 

End-to-end Storyboard

I sketched storyboards to outline an end-to-end story across multiple personas, it's a quick way to discuss my design concepts with the team.

Low-fidelity Wireframes

I identified the as-is scenario and user pain points for each persona, and came up with high-level design solutions - aimed to achieve the "Wow" effects in user goals. The wireframes had the fidelity to articulate my design strategy, but have room for feedback and validation. 

High-fidelity Mockup

Design is about trade-offs and making bold decisions that match user value. Incorporating feedback from the PM, Engineers, and most importantly -  users, made me realize that good design never ends, it's always iterating.
